Stela I Liquid Rocket
Work-in-progress experimental liquid rocket project covering engine hardware, piston tank, hydraulics, test stand, electronics, software and composite structure.

ReSAT CanSat
Can-sized satellite with a novel descent-energy recovery system using a rotafoil rotating parachute, LoRa, SD logging and a multi-sensor flight computer.

Automatic Build Plate Swapper
A modular low-cost automation system for 3D printer farms: V-Slot motion, rotating plate magazine, custom electronics and a simple web interface.

Orbytes Manufacturing
3D printing business built from zero: 10 printers, industrial parts, 700+ kg printed, production workflow, ventilation, client communication and automation.

Husarz Battlebot
Tracked combat robot made from recycled materials, documented in DIYODE Magazine: low-profile chassis, front plough, track drive, electronics integration and iterative mechanical fixes.

3D Printed Aircraft
A 2024 RC aircraft project focused on manufacturing, assembly, flight preparation and learning from printed airframe behaviour.
